Remote support
In voorkomende omstandigheden kan Inventive gebruik maken van zogenaamde 'schermovername'. Op die manier kan de servicedesk en/of een consultant meekijken op het scherm van een gebruiker. De software die daarvoor bij Inventive, maar ook bij de klant nodig is, moet vooraf worden gedownload.

Suppported Windows Operating Systems:
- Windows 7, 32-bit and 64-bit editions (including Embedded Edition)
- Windows XP Professional, 32-bit and 64-bit editions
- Windows XP Embedded
- Windows Vista, 32-bit and 64-bit editions
- Windows Server 2008 R1, 32-bit and 64-bit editions (not supported by XenDesktop connections)
- Windows Server 2008 R2, 64-bit edition (not supported by XenDesktop connections)
- Windows Server 2003, 32-bit and 64-bit editions (not supported by XenDesktop connections)
Apple - Remote
- Receiver for Mac supports Mac OS X 10.6, 32-bit and 64-bit
- Receiver for Mac supports only a single-user install without a browser plug-in
- If a previous version of the Online Plug-in for Mac is installed, Receiver for Mac shares any settings previously configured for the online plug-in, including store information and appearance settings.
